Please read the following rules and terms carefully before booking or staying at Hotel Sahajtam Inn.

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM
• Check-out time: 10:00 AM
• No visitors are allowed in guest rooms.
• Government ID proof is mandatory at check-in.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.
• Pets are not permitted inside the hotel premises.

Payment & Refunds

• All bookings must be confirmed with advance payment.
• Refunds, if applicable, are processed within 7 working days.
• Refund and cancellation will follow the Refund Policy.

Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest.
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited and may result in police action.
• Please maintain peace and avoid loud noise inside hotel premises.
• Using the hotel facilities implies acceptance of these rules and terms.

• Hotel management reserves the right to refuse service to any guest violating the rules.
• Hotel reserves the right to change terms and policies without prior notice.
