Refund & Cancellation Policy – Easy Booking for Couples

We keep things simple. Below are the terms for cancelling or changing your reservation at Hotel Sahajtam Inn, Murthal Road, Sonipat.

Cancellation Policy

• Non-Refundable All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable.
• No Refund No refunds will be issued for cancellations, no-shows, early check-outs, date changes, or booking modifications.
• Booking Commitment By completing the reservation, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy.

Early Check-out

Guests who check out before the scheduled departure date will be charged for the entire booking period. No refund will be provided for unused nights.

Amendments

Date changes or booking modifications, if permitted, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Approval is entirely at the discretion of the management.

Promotional Rates

All promotional, discounted, or special offer bookings remain strictly non-refundable.

Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural events, government restrictions, emergencies, or disruptions), refunds, credits, or rescheduling may be considered solely at the discretion of the management.
