Refund & Cancellation Policy

We keep things simple. Below are the terms for cancelling or changing your reservation at Hotel Sahajtam Inn, Murthal Road, Sonipat.

Cancellation Window

• FreeFor cancellations made 7 days or more before check-in, a full refund will be issued.
• 50% RefundFor cancellations made less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before check-in, 50% of the booking amount will be refunded.
• No-RefundFor cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show, no refund will be provided.

Refund Timelines

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days. Bank or card issuer processing times may vary.

Early Check-out

Guests who check out before the scheduled check-out date will be charged for the entire booking period. No refund will be provided for unused nights.

Non-Refundable Rates

Bookings made using any promotional codes, special discounts, or offers are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Amendments

Date changes are subject to availability and the rate applicable on the new dates. Fare differences (if any) apply.

Force Majeure

In case of events beyond control (natural calamities, government restrictions, emergencies), refunds or rescheduling will be offered at management’s discretion.
