2. Full Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, the cancellation request must be received by us at least one (1) day prior to the check-in date, before 10:00 PM (local time).

Any cancellation request sent after 10:00 PM on the day prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund.
3. No Communication Policy

In case of prepaid bookings, if no communication or cancellation request is received from the guest before the scheduled check-in date and time, the booking will be considered a no-show.
