1. Cancellation & Refund Requests

  • Guests wishing to cancel a booking and request a refund must email us at [email protected], clearly stating the reason for cancellation along with booking details (such as booking ID, guest name, and check-in date).

2. Full Refund Eligibility

  • To be eligible for a full refund, the cancellation request must be received by us at least one (1) day prior to the check-in date, before 10:00 PM (local time).

  • Any cancellation request sent after 10:00 PM on the day prior to check-in will not be eligible for a refund.

3. No Communication Policy

  • In case of prepaid bookings, if no communication or cancellation request is received from the guest before the scheduled check-in date and time, the booking will be considered a no-show.

  • We will be unable to provide a check-in or process any refund in such cases.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Full name of the guest

  • Booking ID and check-in date

  • Reason for cancellation
